Thynne + Macartney are a Brisbane law firm with many practice groups. They wanted a fresh design and also incorporate some new functionality related to sharing news and articles as well as advertising their staff and practice groups.
This site heavily uses custom post types and links between people, practice groups and news articles. For example, many of the pages have a sidebar which lists articles and this sidebar displays articles within the context of the page you are viewing. That is, articles on the staff profile page shows articles linked to the person's practice group whereas the sidebar on an article page shows articles which are related to the article.
The contact us page also has an intelligent delivery mechanism dependent on the selections in the contact form. When you select a specific practice group, the contact form delivers the information to different internal mailboxes, depending on the selection made.
